Overview
This notice explains what Peak and Poise Limited collects when you send a quote request on this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect your name, your email address, the type of event and the message you write. We also store a hashed form of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, so that we can limit spam.
Why we collect it
We use these details to read your request and reply to you. The hashed IP address is used only for spam control. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote request until the owner deletes it.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to peakandpoise.group@gmail.com and we will respond personally.
